YOUR COSTS
* NO application fee (and NO application)
* NO credit check required
* NO lease required (certainly optional). Instead, we can use a standard "housing agreement" that states basic expectations with dates, consideration, and your security deposit
* Contribution towards the rent and the right to use the Private Condo - (ask for current rates)
* Contribution towards all the utilities, cable, etc. like gas, electric, sewer, water, trash pick-up, cable TV, and high-speed cable internet with WiFi / wireless
* Security Deposit: Fully-refundable assuming no damages beyond normal wear-and-tear.
* A one-time cleaning fee may be required to cover the cost of the condo being professionally cleaned and the carpet being professionally steam-cleaned.
