Rental Process

Basics
* No application required.
* No application fee required (saving you up to $45.00/person).
* No credit check required.
* No background check required.
* No references required.

Rental Agreement
* A standard, one-page, rental agreement will be used for stays less than 12 months.
* A lease will be used for stays of a 12 months or more.

Holding Deposit
* A holding deposit will be needed to reserve the space for you during the specific time you wish to rent it.
* The holding deposit will be applied to the security deposit upon move-in.

Security Deposit
* Due in full upon move-in.
* A fully-refundable security deposit will be required to insure that the property and its contents remain in the unit and are taken care of in a reasonable manner.
* In order for the payment to provide security, the funds must be deposited.
* The amount of the security deposit is based on the current value of the property and the contents within it.

Payments
* Typically due on the first of the month.
* For long-term stays, the first & last month's rental payments are due upon move-in.
