The San Diego transit system (MTS) recently won the award for
the best transit system in the US.
Plenty of local buses are located up the block. The #1 bus and #15 (SDSU local)
bus can be caught just up the block - a two minute walk. Then, a five-minute walk
down to University Avenue will provide you with additional bus routes, too.

Trolley
Green Line trolley station down the hill off Texas Street.
UCSD Shuttle

The nearby UCSD Hillcrest campus shuttle takes you to the UCSD
La Jolla campus free-of-charge every 15, 20, and/or 30 minutes. UCSD
